Yard Intact

Traditional sewer line repair means digging up your yard, tearing out driveways, and potentially removing trees or landscaping to access the damaged pipe. It's disruptive, expensive, and takes days or weeks to complete.

Trenchless pipelining is different. We repair your pipes from the inside, using existing access points. A flexible liner saturated with epoxy resin is pulled or inverted into the damaged pipe, then cured in place to create a new, seamless pipe within the old one. Your yard stays intact, and repairs that would take weeks with excavation are often completed in a single day.

Centrel Services brings trenchless technology to Central Florida homeowners and businesses who want a better solution for pipe problems.

Licensed & Insured: We hold Florida Plumbing Contractor license (CFC1430739) and Underground Utilities Contractor license (CUC1225722) with over 20 years of experience.

How CIPP Lining Works

Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining is the most common trenchless repair method. Here's how we restore your pipes from the inside out:

Camera Inspection

We start by running a camera through your pipe to assess damage, measure the line, and confirm that trenchless repair is appropriate for your situation.

Cleaning & Preparation

We clean the pipe using hydro jetting to remove roots, grease, scale, and debris. A clean surface is essential for the liner to bond properly.

Liner Installation

A flexible liner saturated with epoxy resin is inserted into the pipe. It's positioned to cover all damaged areas and conform to the pipe's interior shape.

Curing & Finishing

The liner is inflated against the pipe walls and cured using heat or UV light. Once hardened, it becomes a smooth, jointless new pipe. We verify results with a final camera inspection.

Problems We Fix with Trenchless Lining

Cracks and Fractures

Old clay, cast iron, and even PVC pipes crack over time from age, ground movement, or root pressure. The liner seals these cracks and prevents further deterioration.

Root Intrusion

Tree roots find their way into pipes through joints and small cracks. The jointless liner eliminates entry points and prevents roots from returning.

Offset Joints

When pipe sections shift out of alignment, waste catches on the offset and causes recurring clogs. Lining creates a smooth, continuous interior that flows properly.

Corrosion

Cast iron and galvanized pipes corrode from the inside, developing rough surfaces and scale buildup. The epoxy liner creates a smooth, corrosion-resistant new surface.

Leaking Joints

Traditional pipes have joints every few feet where sections connect. These joints fail over time and allow groundwater infiltration or sewage leakage. The seamless liner eliminates all joints.

Trenchless vs. Traditional Excavation

Traditional pipe replacement requires digging a trench along the entire length of the pipe. That means:

  • Removing landscaping, driveways, or patios
  • Days or weeks of work on your property
  • Separate costs for excavation, pipe replacement, and restoration
  • Potential damage to trees with roots near the line

Trenchless lining requires only one or two small access points. Your yard stays intact, the work is typically completed in one day, and there's nothing to restore afterward.

For many situations, trenchless repair actually costs less than traditional excavation once you factor in restoration costs.

When Trenchless is the Right Choice

Good Candidates for Lining:

  • Pipes with cracks, root intrusion, or offset joints
  • Lines running under driveways, patios, or landscaping
  • Properties where excavation would be extremely disruptive
  • Pipes in reasonably good structural condition

When Excavation May Be Necessary:

  • Completely collapsed pipes with no remaining structure
  • Pipes with severe bellies where water pools
  • Lines requiring upsizing for increased capacity
  • Situations where the old pipe can't be cleaned adequately

We always start with a camera inspection to assess your specific situation. We'll tell you honestly whether trenchless is right for your pipe or if traditional repair makes more sense.

Quality CIPP liners installed correctly have a lifespan of 50+ years. The cured epoxy creates a smooth, jointless pipe-within-a-pipe that resists root intrusion and corrosion.

The liner is only a few millimeters thick, so diameter reduction is minimal. The smoother interior surface actually improves flow compared to corroded old pipes, often resulting in better drainage.

CIPP lining handles gradual bends well. Sharp 90-degree turns or back-to-back bends may require spot repairs or sectional lining. Camera inspection shows us exactly what we're working with.
